The farm is in a secluded area but it’s close to a lot of things to do with nature being surrounded by the Daniel Boone National Forrest. Google any of these as they are all within 30mins: -Cumberland Falls -Daniel Boone Hiking Trails(access from my farm) -Eagle Falls -Dupont Lodge (Great Historic Restaurant and trail head) -Public Pool -Horse Back Riding -Boat/Canoe Rental -Cabin Rental in Daniel Boone Forrest There’s more in the area as well. It’s nice to have a place like the Lodge to grab a good meal with a great view of the River after a day of hunting or to go for a swim in the pool. About the Land: It’s a mixture of Woods and farm land currently. Currently there are no buildings on the property and no electric. I’m comfortable if you’d like to camp or install tree stands, or a small plot of corn to draw in deer or other game. But we’d need to discuss and agree to whatever is done. I’m pretty flexible. The idea is to respect the land and keep it the way it is. Otherwise, the land is gently rolling hills with no mountains close by. There are a couple cliffs that you need to be aware of.
