Description: Ponds, creek, stream, pasture, timbered areas, and plenty of wildlife activity. Looking for the right person to lease our land for bow hunting. The right person and arrangement are what’s most important to us - that's why we don't want to put it up on an auction site to whoever bids the highest. We want to price it fairly and deal directly with the hunter to build a mutually beneficial relationship.
Lease: There's a cattle lease on the property that runs from mid-April to mid-October each year. You can gain exclusive hunting rights to the property limited to the lease period which runs the opposite part of the year from the cattle lease. We can arrange access with the cattle owner if scouting, cameras, plots, stands and other prep is needed prior to mid-October.
Price: $2,500
