About This Lease
Eugene D. Moran WMA consists of a mix of gentle to moderate slopes with some nearly level areas. The majority of the forested habitat is northern hardwood spruce-fir upland forest. A mix of remnant agricultural fields along with wetlands and shrubland habitats can be found west of Route 8A. Portions of the fields are mowed annually for grassland management and pheasant cover.
