160 acres
4 - 6 Hunters
Currently Leased Next Available: 1
A 160 acre mature hardwood hunting lease surrounded by the U.S. Forest service and adjacent to the Beech Creek National Botanical Area. This is true mountain hunting with the lease actually being around 1600 - 2300 feet above sea level your ears will pop and your nose will breathe in the truly fresh Mountain air. The views are also breathtaking and will place your soul at ease. Being just over 4 hours from Dallas, Shreveport, and Oklahoma City, and two hours from Tulsa it close enough to spend the weekend there. Also the hunting is great with big Mature bucks that the mountains can provide. The Lease has 2 beautiful creeks, a ready to go camping spot, and you are set. The Land is very forgiving and can be easily walked by children and adults alike. If you are ready to get away from the noise and hectic sounds of urban life this is the spot for you. I have personally seen several good bucks come from this area. The picture of the big buck came from these mountains really close but not from the lease. So his genetics are still out there waiting on the next lucky hunter. It is all exclusive lease and for $1495 it can be all yours and whomever you choose to share it with. Hunters can hunt from October 1 to January 15 for deer and can come back and hunt for turkeys in the spring. There is also a bear season in Oklahoma if a person is interested in September and October. There are a couple of atv trails that begin on the property and go for miles and miles through the forest service. Lease requires a 4x4 to get to it. The hunting will be awesome it is so secluded.
