About This Lease
75% pasture, 25 % woods private dead end road, good storage for 4 ATV vehicles but owners responsibility, good fishing. deer and turkey hunting but I do not allow bear hunting. I only want mature responsible renters with good references. lease is year round with good fishing. Hunters must carry liability insurance. Hunting lodge is a nice old farmhouse w modern kitchen but bathroom is currently an outhouse. Renters are responsible for owner maintenance ie lawn care, garbage disposable, no outdoor fires. livestock on land.ATV use for hunting purposes only. No recreational 4 wheeling.
