Available now is a hunting lease for an overgrown and wild abandoned farm of 240 acres (About 220 woods or overgrown), 8 ponds, multiple creeks, in Southwest Missouri near Warsaw.
Especially because of the wet Spring there is a super abundant amount of cover on this property this year yet miles of trails throughout. This property has been abandoned and only recently purchased, little hunting pressure from what I can tell. Unlike some farms this property is 95% huntable, no crops and little pasture.
Multiple deer spotted almost every time I tour through the property. Abundant turkey as well.
Picture with red ring is a 2 mile radius of the property. Deer come in as well from adjoining properties, esp. when the shooting begins as there is no better cover around.
Lease would be for 1 year of hunting. up to 4 persons for $5000 or up to 6 persons for $6000 (exclusive lease), for deer and turkey only (Feral pigs are also on the property and you can shoot as many of them as you like as well. (No small game hunting, only deer, turkey, feral pig, coyotes). Yearly renewal, food plotting, building of deer stands are all within reason. We can talk about that. Deer processing 1/4 mile from property.
If I do not lease the property exclusively to a party then I will lease up to 6 persons individually at $1000 per person.
Also, owner retains the right to hunt the property with a companion with any lease arrangement (non-negotiable) but this season it is very doubtful that will happen.
