Property is located in Licking County, Ohio, which permits 3 deer per hunter. Property consists of hay fields, corn and soy bean fields, and a 3-acre pond. A primitive shelter house and cabin (no electric, water, or fireplace) are available for the exclusive use of hunters for the term of the lease. Hunting groups are limited to 4. Price listed is per hunter. Hunters are permitted to use current deer stands, or bring their own. ATVs can be brought to property and operated in all areas except for where standing crops are located. Subleases are not permitted. All hunters must sign a lease agreement, secure a valid Ohio hunting license and carry a Permission to Enter Private Land for Recreational Activities.
