About This Lease

Currently have available the 2022 firearm season lease. 5 hunters max $6000 for opening 4 days of firearm season. This is a do it your self hunt. Some stands on Property are available for use. Lodging can be found in town of Beaverdam Ky and is a 15 minute drive to properties. Limited hunts are sold off the properties. The properties are hunted 5 days in Sept, 5 days of rut archery and 4 days of gun. This keeps the hunting pressure down and makes the hunting very good. Property #1Butler County 225 acres of hardwood timber ridges with creeks. We keep 3 established feed sites on this property. Property #2 Ohio County is 175 acres with hardwood timber bottoms and agriculture mix. Nice creek and hardwood ridge as well. 2 feed sites on this property. Also have a 5 day rut archery hunt for 2 available on the Ohio County property. $1100 per hunter for the 5 days.
