About This Lease

9 acres of prime hunting land -- mostly forest and stream, lightly hunted over the past three years -- at the center of which is a pond where deer come to drink all winter due to two powerful aerators. LOTS and lots of deer! This season's happy hunter downed a buck and a mature doe up. Wild turkeys too, but mostly deer. Property abuts 500+ acres (3 private properties) of hilly forest, streams, and wetlands. Easily accessible from secondary road. Short walk to hunting sites, very easy access from secondary road. Looking for super responsible, respectful, and ethical hunters who won't leave a trace on our property. Hunter who hunted the property the past three years moved away, so it has become available. Partial leases also an option. Meeting interested parties to walk the land and see if it's the right fit for 2025. Will consider full shares and half shares.
