Arkansas Green Timber daily lease available. The property is a fully water controlled green timber reservoir located just East of Stuttgart near the community of Almyra Arkansas. The property is bordered on the West by Little Lagrue Bayou and on the East by Big Lagrue Bayou in a prime area of Arkansas County. Because of its prime location in between these two major travel corridors, and major private land clubs in the immediate area such as John Stephens (RNT Owner's) reservoir, this area holds thousands of ducks on a given day during the Arkansas Duck season. There is also a sea of flooded agriculture fields in the immediate area. Limits can be expected with good weather conditions and normal duck populations in the area.
The property has multiple holes hunters can pick from depending on wind conditions and what part of the GTR the ducks are currently using. Hunts must end at 12 noon each day to allow for ducks to get back into the woods. The property is rested a minimum of 4 days in between groups in order to ensure good hunting for the next group.
The price per day is $1200 for a group of up to 6. A 50% non refundable deposit is due at the time of booking with the remaining balance due August 1st. Groups must book at least 2 days at a time. There are multiple locations for lodging and hotels in Stuttgart which is about a 10 minute drive West of the property.
