Approximately 440 acres premiere whitetail deer hunting property that has been carefully managed. Habitat includes mature woods, crop fields, brushy areas, and the streams with food plots. Hunters can use owner's tree stands, ground blinds, and elevated platforms or place their own. Only 4 weeks of archery rut hunting is offered each year so that the deer are not pressured and the hunters are sure to have an elite experience. The property is located in the heart of Ohio's big buck country in Northwest Guernsey County - only a short distance from Coshocton, Muskingum, and Tuscarawas counties. Lodging is provided in the very well equipped Eagle Rock Lodge located on the property. This is a free range archery hunt with assistance provided on check-in day. No trophy fee. 125 minimum without penalty. I only offer 4 weeks of archery rut hunting each year and spread over a 6-week period. The weeks of October 18-24 and November 15-21 are available, but only one of the weeks will be filled on a first come basis. The other 3 weeks available for 2026 are filled by returning hunting groups which have priority booking. Lodging provided on the property in a spacious and well-equipped log home.
