Today, I had the pleasure to tour HLRBO listing #58055 located in Davisboro, Georgia in the heart of Washington County. The owner of this property, Carlin Giesbrecht, gave a detailed tour of the entire property which totals 810 acres. This beautiful property has ample agricultural fields which are planted in soybeans. Along with the abundance of available food sources, this property offered vast bedding areas near the ag fields and numerous creeks with year round flowing water. I would like to point out there was not an area in or around these ag fields that didn’t have deer tracks! In addition to the planted ag fields, there are several areas that would be great locations for food plots for the later season after the acorns and soybeans have been eaten. The owner also advised there is power onsite and could be used for campers in an area right off the main dirt road access. The best way to describe this property is a Midwestern dream in the heart of the Southeast!
