There's a cleared area with a feeder in front of the big blind, and about 30 acres of woods, including a power line ROW spanning the property, a small clearing with another blind, and 2 tree stands. There is a large creek at the back of the property and a small creek along one side. You will find lots of deer, also rabbits, coyotes, foxes, raccoons, etc. I have not seen any bears. All deer photos are from this property. This property used to have a thriving population of wild turkeys but they were overhunted and there are only a few left, so I ask that you don't shoot any turkeys. Eventually I hope to let the population rebuild to the point where we can start hunting them again. The 2026 rate is $100 per day during rifle season (November 29th to January 1st). We can negotiate lower rates outside rifle season.
