This land offers 65 acres of streams, ponds, bluffs, fields, and plenty of timber that’s completely surrounded by the Shawnee National Forest with trails leading out on all sides. We have a brand new cabin with full amenities. There are tree stand up throughout the property, but you can bring your own as well. A water hydrant is conveniently located near the cabin. “ALL LEASES REQUIRE A 2 PERSON MINIMUM plus cabin rental” All prices are “per person per day.” Example: 1 Bow hunter - $150 per day 2 bow hunters- $300 per day. Bow- $150 Shotgun- $175 Turkey- $150 Cabin rental- $150 per night. Guests are welcome to- bring 4 wheelers to get around the property, put up tree stands and cameras. (We request that all pictures be shared with the owners. Thank you) We have several Moultrie cameras throughout the property. All leasing guests will be sent an invite to view cameras upon request. When you lease from us, the property is for solely for you and your group. No one else is allowed to walk the property. It is mandatory to rent the cabin during your lease. The cabin has full amenities. (Pots, pans, and dishes included) We have a 2 burner stove, coffee pot (pods or grounds), a toaster oven, microwave, toaster, outside grill and fire pit. (Firewood is free and will be at your campsite. We offer pillow top mattress, bamboo sheets, and large plush bath sheets, hotel quality pillows and extra blankets.
