About This Lease
Seeking 1 or 2 family-oriented and management-focused hunters to join an excellent existing group of hunters on a nearly 6,000-acre ranch, located 3.5 hours west of San Antonio in Crockett County. The property borders a non-hunted state park and a 100,000+ acre ranch managed and hunted by TPW officers. This is a year-long lease running from February to February. Year-round protein feeding is mandatory and strictly enforced. Hunting opportunities include Whitetail, Exotics, hogs, javelinas, dove, and quail, with a $500 kill fee for trophy Aoudad. The ranch boasts diverse topography, electricity, water, a central bath and shower, and live water troughs throughout. Family hunts are permitted using your tags, but guests are not allowed. No livestock have been on the ranch in the past 4 years. Hunters must bring their own blinds and protein feeders. A full-time onsite ranch manager is available to assist with the feeding program. Archery is permitted.
