Our current offering is two separate properties of approximately 2000 acres each within a few miles of each other, each property has a main lodge and individual cabins that can be reserved for lodging. We have RV spots that can be reserved as well. Each property has a host couple that prepare meals if desired and do the laundry. Each property is game managed. Private hunting areas with stands and feeders average 200 acres per member. All year round feed is included. Game available includes: Whitetail Deer, Axis, Blackbuck, Aoudad, Nilgai, Oryx, Gemsbok, Bison, hogs, dove, waterfowl and upland gamebirds. Fishing is available on our 30 acre spring fed lake. We offer 3 types of memberships: Each one is family friendly and allows for your family or friends to share in your harvest. This is great for grandparents! Our ranch staff is available to help as needed. Basic Family Membership is $3500 per year and includes One male exotic or whitetail Two exotic or whitetail females. 2 Rio Grande Gobblers All Birds, waterfowl, pigs, predators and fishing are included. 12 Nights of Lodging are included. (You may add more nights and/or animals if desired) Full Family Membership is $5000 per year and includes One Male Exotic One Whitetail Buck Two exotic or whitetail females. All birds, waterfowl, pigs and predators are included. 2 Rio Grande Gobblers 20 nights of lodging are included. (You may add more nights and/or animals if desired) Shared Friends or Family Membership is $6500 per year (You may split the payment between friends and family) allows family members or friends to split a membership cost and harvest limits. It includes the one male exotic one whitetail buck two exotic or whitetail females. 2 Rio Grande Gobblers All birds , waterfowl pigs, predators and fishing are included. 20 nights of lodging.
