I’m disabled and no longer able to hunt. I can ,however, assist you with creating the most enjoyable hunting expedition possible by placing trail cams, creating food plots, and providing a virtual video tour of the property.
The last few years, coyote hunting was the only serious hunting done on this property and this was done to protect the local deer population.
This year the property has no livestock, and the fields have not been mowed, which has led to the largest amount of deer sightings during the day in 10 years. For the last several years, this field has been revitalized with fresh seed,fertilizer and lime.
The 62.97 acre track that is mainly wooded with the exception of the two large , well maintained right of ways has the majority of wildlife to be found on this farm. In the evening, the deer come off of the hill and graze in the fields and return to the 62.97 acre tract to bed.
I am willing to lease individual accommodations or lease the entire hunting land to one group.
Responsible ATV riding without damaging land or wildlife is permissible.
