Primarily woods with 4 acres of open meadow. The land is adjacent to 40 acres of corn field on the west and over 400 acres of private woodland to the east. There are no permanent hunting stands used on the land, I encourage temporary stands for archery deer season only, starting September but ending November 15, 2025. Woods is a mix of white oak, red oak, red maple, ash a few white pine groves for bedding. A valley that runs east & west through the middle of the lease land into the neighboring 400 acres which itself is comprised of mixed hardwood and 40 acres of tamarack swamp/low land. Part of the lease land has a private 9 acre wildlife pond that is bordered by a pine/cedar bedding area for deer. This pond is the beginning of the before mentioned valley making it an ancient game corridor. Access to the property is off a small blacktop road onto a private easement road to the south end of the propertie's high meadow area. This could possibly function as a 'dry camp' location for RV trailer 'boondocking' [restrictions required].
