Great year round lease with plenty of water with 3 huge lakes teaming with fish and wildlife. The lease offers Big Bucks, Turkey's, and a 9.5 pound bass has been caught in the Lake. Crappie are also regularly caught. The Lakes have shallow ends and are spring fed and never go dry even during the harshest droughts.There is a 20 acre acre area a few hundred feet from one of the large lakes that has multiple sloughs that can be controlled by a water control structure. Also many hunters have pumped water to these Slough from the Lake to increase their chances during the early teal season. The layout is a mixture of open pastures and large mixed timber. The Little river also runs through the corner for access to more fishing and more duck hunting.Did I mention that the duck hunting was good! The past hunters would have success when other areas were having much less. There are RV hook ups, water, and sewer at the end of an dead end road with close access to town only being 7 miles away.
