About This Lease
Ozark mountain terrain boarding national forest on two sides. The property has a road from top to bottom that is easily accessible 4x4. Zone 6. There are at least 3 bears that can be taken each year. I would call it 8-9 decent bucks roam and plenty of does. Biggest buck I seen is 150-160 bear can spotted over 400 pounds. You will find pigs often. There is a small cabin that is prob 12x16 that is bare but does not leak and has a heater in it as well as electric (no water) there is a seasonal creek. The property is being logged currently to expand on the wide benches for future food plots. There is a couple patches of open terrain that will grow food plots right now. My overall management plan is to open about 30-40 acres into open plots.
