This property consists of 240 acres of pasture and cropland. Great terrain with multiple draws. The main draw attracts turkeys to roost and acts as a channel for deer to pass through. There are a couple ponds on the property for water access as well. Mostly a deer and turkey lease but the landowner is open to all types of hunting/trapping. The landowner has an additional 142 acres, just a little bit to the north, of crop ground and grass that could be leased with the piece if interested.
