Don’t miss this hard-to-find property. 480 acres of secluded pasture in Valley County Nebraska. Nothing but you and the great outdoors. This wide-open property consists of all pasture. This one is scenic. It’s filled with deep draws lined with trees giving deer the perfect hiding spot. Multiple water sources are spaced out throughout the property. We even spooked multiple deer out while we were out walking this property. Mostly a deer and turkey lease but the landowner is open to all types of hunting/trapping. Don’t overlook this one, it’s one of them hard to find leases that guys won’t want to miss out on.
