Welcome to the historic community of Escambia Farms in Northwest Florida!
Located just north of Baker, Florida and less than an hour away from Pensacola and Destin, T’s Farm offers a rare opportunity to access private land during Florida’s whitetail rut. This 210-acre property in Okaloosa County has been family-owned and carefully managed for over a decade, opening its gates to a select number of hunters each season who value quiet, ethical pursuit over crowds and pressure.
Strategically placed feeders and natural forage further support consistent deer movement across the property. Elevated points near draws and pond edges offer excellent vantage spots for rifle or archery setups.
