About This Lease
Welcome to the historic community of Escambia Farms in Northwest Florida! Located just north of Baker, Florida and less than an hour away from Pensacola and Destin, T’s Farm offers a rare opportunity to access private land during Florida’s whitetail rut. This 210-acre property in Okaloosa County has been family-owned and carefully managed for over a decade, opening its gates to a select number of hunters each season who value quiet, ethical pursuit over crowds and pressure. Strategically placed feeders and natural forage further support consistent deer movement across the property. Elevated points near draws and pond edges offer excellent vantage spots for rifle or archery setups. Rifle Hunt (Jan 15 - Feb 22) Minimum 2 days Pricing - $250/day/hunter - $125/day/youth hunter (3-15) - $75/day/non-hunter (16+) - $37.50/day/youth non-hunter (3-15) Discounted rate of $1,300 for a party of 3 hunters. This is a non-guided hunt on private land. No lodging, meals, scouting, or guiding services are provided. Hunters will be shown the property at check-in and may select from available hunting positions at that time. Multiple blinds, shoot houses, and tree stands are strategically placed for guests to use.
