Italy 441 Season Dove Lease Creek bottoms and plentiful water tend to make great dove hunting habitat during dry Texas summers. Well we have over 400 acres of creek bottoms huge shade trees and numerous ponds. The property is made of a majority of grain corn and Bermuda pasture with good tree and fence lines and gravel road running the length of the property. Native sunflowers along fence rows and numerous ponds throughout the property. Right off of FM 667 in Italy, Tx just a 45 minute drive from Downtown Dallas You may lease out one spot as an individual or entire field as a private group or corporate field. No war zones on opening morning, all of our fields are private. Limited amount of hunters will be allowed on each lease, with average ratio of 10 hunters for every 100 acres . Absolutely NO day leasing and NO guiding on these properties. Lease holders are the only individuals that will have the hunting rights for dove season. We require a $50 trash deposit with each lease to ensure everyone cleans up after themselves. Trash deposits may be rolled over each year with your lease renewal or refunded at the end of the season. Children 13 and under hunt for free with a paid adult, youth hunters 17 and under are half price. These are season leases not guided hunts. It is lessees responsibility to scout and watch weather patterns to make the most of their time in the field. Our dove leases are priced for the season and not the day. You may come and go as you wish and hunt as often as you would like. Leases do not include hunting guest privileges. If you wish to bring a guest, you must purchase an additional spot on the lease.
