We’ve Got big Deer and lots of them! 171 ac of trails that wind through hills, ledges, woods (Hard, Soft, Nut trees), and agricultural fields (50ac of clover, timothy, mix), with other areas of tall brushy habitat, and swamp. There is a stocked blue ribbon trout stream, that winds through the entire private lot. The property is policed and posted to assure renters of good prime private hunting. We saw 2 trophy bucks in the last week and one bear with fox, coyotes, turkeys, and more- OH BOY. The surrounding large tracks of property do not allow hunting and are posted and patrolled. Sunday this week we counted over 30 head and 2 large Bucks over 10 points. (Amenities less than one mile away, convenience stores, truck stop, drunken donuts, Lake George NY, etc.) Things to consider: You will supply HUNTER'S INSURANCE and proof thereof, and if a UTV is to be used, it will maintain insurance at all times.
