About This Lease
Remote Upper Peninsula Paradise. You will hear no cars driving down the road here. The land is a mix of low lying Aspen and rocky high country (1500 ft elevation) covered in a mix of balsam, fur, tamarack, hemlock, white Pine, etc.. The property has a small creek that runs through it and in years like 2025/26 creates about a 2-5 acre swamp and other years that same spot is a tall vegetation wetland. It's just down the road from the Greenwood Reservoir that has great fishing and public access.
