This lease is part of a 2000 acre ranch, which includes Miller Creek and several ponds (2 of which are stocked). The lease has open areas and also some wooded areas, and is surrounded by land that is similar. The areas surrounding the lease are only lightly hunted. Typically this lease has 3-5 guns on it. The main game is whitetail deer, and a few Axis. There's also some hogs, and turkeys, and some dove. The lease will provide the hunters use of the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on the ranch during deer gun season (approximately the first week of November until approximately the 3rd week in January). Outside of deer gun season, the hunters can visit the property to fill feeders, ride ATVs, fish, swim, ride bikes, etc., and can also rent the house on the property for discounted rates. There's a hot tub and water fall at the creek, and also a pool and hot tub at the Arc de Texas building that is available to the hunters. The total price is $18,000 (so, for example, if 4 hunters were on the lease then the cost would be $4,500 per hunter).
