Up to 6 Members | $5,000 Per Member Annually Join a small private hunting and fishing club on 433 acres in Scott County, Kentucky. We are accepting applications for up to six members who value quality hunting, responsible wildlife management, and time outdoors with fellow sportsmen. After six years of quality deer management, our property offers mature woods, cropland, pasture, food plots, and creek corridors. More than 20 established stands and blinds provide hunting locations throughout the property, while Little Eagle Creek provides water and natural wildlife travel corridors. ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP — $5,000 PER PERSON Membership includes: • Trophy whitetail buck hunting during applicable Kentucky seasons. • Turkey and waterfowl hunting during applicable Kentucky seasons. • Small-game hunting beginning after Thanksgiving weekend, during applicable Kentucky seasons. • Catch-and-release fishing in our stocked 1.5-acre pond. LODGING & CAMP OPTIONS Each member receives up to seven overnight stays per membership year in the main lodge loft at no additional charge. Additional loft nights are $150 per night. Spike camp accommodations are available for $50 per night. Both are subject to availability and should be booked ideally 30 days or more in advance. All overnight stays must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability. Lodge amenities include a kitchen, laundry facilities, grill, and outdoor firepit. Members provide their own meals and are expected to clean up after themselves and take trash with them when they leave or burn it in burn barrel. If beds are slept in, sheets should be washed and dryed onsite and beds made before leaving or be subject to fines. TROPHY WHITETAIL MANAGEMENT Only whitetail bucks meeting either of the following club standards may be harvested: • An antler score of at least 130 inches; OR • At least four scorable points on one antler, with an antler spread extending beyond the ears. No does may be harvested during any season, including youth seasons. These buck requirements apply to every hunter, including children participating in youth hunts. MEMBERSHIP & YOUTH HUNTING Members must be over 21 years of age. All applicants must pass a background check before being accepted and may be declined for any reason. Each member may bring one child under age 16 to hunt only during the applicable Kentucky-designated youth hunting season dates. The member must accompany and supervise the child, and both must follow all applicable licensing, hunter education, supervision, and hunting requirements. Youth hunters must meet the same buck-size standards as adult members. No does may be shot during youth hunts or any other season. HUNTING & PROPERTY RULES All hunters must possess the required Kentucky licenses, permits, tags, and stamps and comply with Kentucky season dates, legal hunting methods, harvest limits, reporting requirements, and all applicable hunting and fishing regulations. Club restrictions apply in addition to state requirements. Members must follow all club safety and property rules and respect fellow members, wildlife, and livestock. Four-wheel-drive access is necessary, and extreme flooding may temporarily affect access. ATVs are prohibited; electric carts and e-bikes are permitted. Gates must remain closed because livestock are present. We welcome responsible hunters who will support the club’s wildlife management goals and care for the property.
