Access & Communication Requirements All hunters must call or text before coming out to the property. All hunters and guests must sign the property log when they arrive and when they leave for the day. Quick trips to town do not require signing out or back in. The purpose of the log is to document who is actively on the property at any given time. Communication is important — I require knowing who is on the land at all times. Guests & Additional Hunters Only hunters listed on the lease may hunt without additional fees. Any hunter not listed on the lease must pay $100 per person per day. All guests must sign the liability waiver before hunting. No unannounced visitors, tag‑alongs, or extra hunters without prior approval. Primary Leaseholder Responsibility & Signing Only one hunter (the Primary Leaseholder) is required to sign the notarized lease agreement. By signing, the Primary Leaseholder agrees he is legally and financially responsible for all hunters named on the lease, as well as any guests he brings. All hunters listed on the lease must sign the liability waiver, but do not need to notarize the lease. Each hunter will receive a copy of the lease and waiver for their records. Property Rules Respect the land at all times. Stay on designated areas and established paths. ATV access allowed on established trails only. Camping allowed in designated areas.
