Whitetail deer are regularly seen on the property, including does with fawns, along with turkey and abundant small-game/nuisance wildlife including raccoon, opossum and skunk. Property has existing trails with limited ATV access, open areas along the woods, private gravel access and a barn. The barn includes a loft/door area that has historically been used by hunters for hanging deer. A primitive campsite area and picnic tables are available, making this a good option for hunters wanting to stay for a night or weekend rather than drive back and forth. Camping is short-term only and available in connection with booked hunting access—this is not a long-term or residential campsite. Hunting access is offered by the day rather than through an annual lease. Hunters are responsible for all required Virginia licenses, seasons, bag limits and regulations.
