About This Lease

The land in along route 123, it is two 12 acre rectangular lots side by side. So it forms. Larger 24 acre rectangle. There is a small year round stream a 31/2 acre pond in my back yard and two substantial beaver ponds a few hundred yards back. Two ridges meet where is a” moose Highway”. (always loaded with prints and scat) there are also bobcats coyotes Fisher, cats beavers, Partridge, snowshoe and cottontail rabbits. I haven’t seen many bunnies the last few years I’m seeing the moose again. They were everywhere about 10 years ago and then population seemed to die down but now it’s coming back up. There’s always plenty of deer this has been quite a bear year I’ve seen five different black bear this year.. There are also plenty of ducks and geese, but for some reason people don’t just hunt migratory waterfowl like they used to.
