The area is divided into two separate tracts, tract #1 is primarily old fields, bordered by an oxbow lake of the Red River, and tract #2 is forested with a pine/hardwood mixture.   Access to both tracts is off Hwy.160, west of Bradley. Tract #1 is north of the Pleasant Valley community and Tract #2 is south of the Walnut Hill community. Refer to an area map for more specific directions.  Deer, quail, turkey, squirrel waterfowl and rabbits. The old field habitat provides some excellent rabbit hunting opportunities.
