I have up to 700 acres of excellent hunting land for lease, located in LaMoure County in South central North Dakota in the heart of the Central Flyway and Prairie Pothole Region. $15,000 for the Season to lease the hunting land, includes the Lodge (excludes the Deer Gun Season.. see details below). Daily Rates are available on both the land and the lodge (see below), if lodge and land have not been rented for the season. Lodge Rental Rates - DAILY (maximum 8 quests) $150 per person with groups of 1 to 2 people. $125 per person with groups of 3 to 5 people. $110 per person on groups of 6 to 8 people. (Larger groups will have preference over smaller groups as will groups staying for a longer period) Land Rental Rates - DAILY (maximum 8 people) The land is not available for rent for any hunting during the deer gun season. NOTE: These prices exclude whitetail Deer bow hunting of the land. A limit of 2 whitetail deer bucks per season (by bow hunting only) is in effect. Please inquire owner about Whitetail deer bow hunting prices. No whitetail deer gun hunting is allowed. Deer gun season typically runs for 2 and a half weeks starting around November 10th. It always opens on a Friday. 160 acres is highly developed for hunting and is some of the best whitetail deer bow hunting land in the state! I also have some excellent pheasant land. Waterfowl hunting can be superb and the snow geese migration can be at ones doorstep! Duck hunting is the most popular in the area! Fishing at area lakes is also very good! I also have a 5 Star lodge with room for up to 8. It includes a full bar with HD BIG screen Direct Satellite TV and internet access, commercial style kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 2 showers, indoor grilling, freezer space for game, a spacious 50X60' indoor heated staging area for gear and boats, and also a high security fenced in back yard for vehicles and privacy with game cleaning station. As you can see I can offer a very comfortable, premium hunting experience and my prices are affordable. I am located about a 5 hour drive from the Twin Cities, and less than two hours from Fargo.
