225 acre lease offered for the fall or entire year. Land located 1.5 hours north of the twin cities. Great for both new hunters who are still learning and experienced hunters who are looking for a trophy. The land consists of 150 acres of corn, soybean, and sunflower fields. The remaining 75 acres is thick timber and is bordered by more forestland. This is an excellent location for deer, bear, and turkey hunting surrounded by the St. Croix State Park which is a 34,000 acre forest filled with wild game. Not too uncommon for monster bucks and bears never seen by humans to wander onto the property throughout the fall that have been living deep in the State Park. This land has been great in the past for deer, bear, and goose hunting and were hoping to find a group of hunters who can continue to have success and while enjoying their time in the field.
