120 acres 40 is hardwoods the rest is planted in grass [hay] I see quite a bit of turkey and deer. I saw a bear 2 years ago but that was the only time in the 18 years I have lived here. I think you would be hard pressed to get a trophy deer on my place but you should be able to put venison on the table. I would be willing through bate for you. I am easy to get along with.
