About This Lease
Highland Farm is a private 160 acre hunters retreat. The property has an excellent mix of open fields, unimproved pasture and woodland forests that make it an excellent habitat for a healthy, thriving population of deer and wild turkeys. The accommodations offered are a comfortable, although rustic, collection of farm facilities that include a full bath, outdoor shower, indoor and outdoor fully stocked kitchens, an ample walk in refrigerator with stainless counters and a ample area for processing your deer and turkey. There are ponds and trails and a beautiful fire pit and your pets will always be welcome. We do not permit ATV's or dirt bikes of any kind nor do we permit parties or events during the hunting seasons. There is an endless selection of things to do nearby including hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, rock climbing, nightclubs, and an eclectic mix of restaurants and entertainment. We are 10 minutes from Radford University and 20 minutes from Va Tech in Blacksburg.
