3 acres in the back of klamath forest estates. The meadows change color and offer refuge to much of the area wildlife. roughly 150 antelope appeared in the last herd. mule tail deer, elk, bear, mountain lion, pheasant, quail, rabbit and feel free to assist with ground squirrel population control. also wild horses generally graze the old barley that grows wild on the far end of the property by the seasonal creek.
This is a comfortable piece of mountain property. its cooler during the summer and warmer in the winter than much of the mountain. very few neighbors. excellent game. the national forest is the back yard. i am open to ideas for the properties use. horses, cattle, agriculture, hunting, possibly cell tower leases and perhaps even a water lease. the ground water is excellent and shallow. the property has few rocks and a nice hillface that has already been dug into for a multi purpose smoke house/dugout shelter.
