I own 63 acres of prime hunting land that is surrounded by thousands of acres consisting of pasture and woodlands. My property is connected to Jackie Bushman’s 300 acre farm by the Fort Deposit Creek. I have 3 established food plots with a shooting house and a grain feeder on each plot. There are also 3 ladder stands and 1 tripod stand located on well traveled deer crossings. My property is loaded with big bucks and has been strictly managed since purchased in 2017. I have conducted year round feeding since 2018 resulting in phenomenal results. My trail camera pictures speak for themselves. As a result of the year round feedings I am enhancing the Black Belt genetic blood line. I have strategically placed stands and food plots throughout the property and as a result the property hunts much larger than its actual size. My long term goal with the property is to lease the deer hunting rights to either one or a small group of hunters that are passionate about hunting old trophy bucks but do not have the time to manage their own hunting lease. Amenities are available and include comfortable lodging, television, screened in porch with outdoor fireplace and internet. I am still a couple years away from being ready to lease; I am currently just trying to generate interest.
