About This Lease
Lease cabin and approx. 70 acres for getaway and/or hunting. Must rent for one year and pay one year lease in advance. Property has been quality managed by the owner for the last 30 years. Ideal for a small family that loves the outdoors and hunting and want a getaway from the big city. I will not lease to multiple hunters, and will only lease to a single hunter or a single hunter with kids, or a single hunter with a spouse and with/without kids. In other words, looking for a single hunter or small family that loves the outdoors and want to enjoy God's creation, without abusing the land and without abusing the wildlife. Must pay one year lease in advance. Owner will manage greenfields(plant for the leasee). Owner will feed game for the leasee if the leasee will buy the feed. This will save the leasee on trips and gas just to feed. Owner will also run game cameras for the leasee if needed.
