Six individual lots are available to rent per day per season, ranging in size from 13 acres ($60 per day per season) to 200 acres ($240 per day per season). A lease for the full 600 acres is also possible. Our property features thick Ozark woods of walnut and sycamore trees, and dense cedar groves perfect for hunting does and buck. Enjoy the beautiful Little Sac River that runs right through our fields, providing ample water sources for waterfowl. Privacy is guaranteed - you will be the only hunters permitted on the property. Part of the land is used for running cattle, so accessibility is determined by availability approved by the landowner in a hunting lease agreement. Hotels, lodging, restaurants, and nightlife are available in the city of Springfield, just a short 10-20 minute drive from the property.
