ABOUT THE PROPERTY
Iowa is known for abundant trophy wildlife and trophy gobblers. Located in beautiful Southern Iowa, we strive to provide an enjoyable and memorable trophy turkey hunting experience to all our outdoorsman. Our hunting lease is on high-quality private land that is a combination of cedars, hardwoods, CRP, and cropland. The terrain is rolling hills, ridges and cropland; providing heavy, dense covering for turkeys to roost, eat, and live on the property. In fact, many trophy specimens are just waiting to be harvested with no previous turkey hunting pressure on the property. When you're not stalking gobblers, there are even two stocked ponds with catfish, crappie, bluegill, and largemouth bass. This property has it all, book the experience now!!!
Season Dates & Rates
There are four regular seasons which are 4, 5, 7, and 19 days in length (35 days total). The first season begins on the second Monday of April.
Season 1 April 12-15, 2021 - $600/per hunter
Season 2 April 16-20, 2021 - $600/per hunter
Season 3 April 21-27, 2021 - $600/per hunter
Season 4 April 28-May 16, 2021 - $600/per hunter
Fishing
Fishing: $25/per day/person
Qty (2) stocked ponds with fish. Stocked with catfish, crappie, bluegill, and largemouth bass. Poles and tackle will be provided for fishing. This option must be paid upfront before the hunt begins.
Fish Quota Limit: Qty (1) Catfish/per day/person, Qty (2) Largemouth per day/person, Qty (2) crappie per day/person, and Qty (2) bluegill per day/person.
