I have a 702 + - acre ranch available for 3rd rifle season November 13-19. The property is located 10 miles Southwest of beautiful Aguilar, Colorado in game management unit 85. The properties moderate terrain makes for easy foot access for people of all ages and physical abilities. A river, stock tanks, ponds and Wallows make for the water sources and there is plenty to eat in the fertile Valley bottoms. The ranch also has some thick Timber which is great for the year round bedding that compliments its food and water sources. During this time of year guests will expect to see resident animals as well as animals moving into their winter range. Elk and bear licenses are over-the-counter and deer can be drawn with zero points. Guests are encouraged to hunt any species of animals that they can get a legal license for.
