This property is located in south east Iowa in Zone 5, and is bordered by 1500 acres of state forest. We are offering 5-day, semi-guided whitetail hunts which include pre-scouted locations with 10 stands setup on the primary property, and 8 stands setup on state forestry land. If the hunter so desires, they are welcome to bring their own stands and we will assist in setting them up in the location of their choice on state forest property. Hunters must be in good physical condition as we only allow foot access to stand locations. When choosing a stand on public land, expect to walk a mile to the farthest stand setup. While hunting from any stand, harnesses are mandatory. If you don't have one, we can provide one to you. Radios are also provided. You will have shared use, with one other hunter, of a 33ft Coachmen Catalina camper and three meals a day will be provided. Out-of-state hunters must have 5+ points for the archery draw to book a hunt.
