About This Lease
My total property is 30 acres. The house I live in sits on a bluff overlooking a 10 acre field where deer and turkey cross. There is about a 50/50 split of forest and field and a river runs a half mile from house, as well as a creek or two and a pond. It's a hilly terrain, but easy to drive on. It's easy access to get to my place, which is at the very end of a gravel road, one mile from pavement. There is nothing but hundreds of empty acreage on either side of me.
