1300 acres in northern Maine in the town of Bancroft with some of the best deer hunting in the area. This is the first time this property is being offered and it has seen very little hunting pressure, only a couple of family members hunting a day or 2 each season as they most always get their deer on the first day. Offered by the week and you will be the only hunting party on the 1300 acres that week. Includes a nice 2 bedroom, one bathroom, full bathroom home on the property. The grouse hunting can be quite good as well and you are welcome to bring your bird dogs. Note, the big buck pictured was harvested by local hunter Isaac who caught this deer roaming off of the property. we have very few deer and moose pictures from the property to list because the property just hasn't been hunted except an occasional day by a family member.
