675 Acres of excellent deer and antelope habitat in GMU105.  This tract is part of a 2600-acre parcel listed on HLRBO (#57897).  If the 2600-acres is leased as a whole parcel, then the 4 smaller tracts will be shown as “leased” and no longer available.  If one of the smaller tracts is leased, then the 2600-acres will show as “leased” leaving the remaining tracts available for lease.      200+ yard ridgeline views of ample feeding, bedding and water areas make scouting easy.  This property has not been previously leased/hunted, which gives those looking to fill a tag a major advantage of unpressured game.  There are several active pronghorn herds and numerous whitetail that use the land.      This section of the property has several clusters of trees, seasonal creek beds and a wide-open range for the game to move through and feed in.

This lease is one quarter of a larger 2600-acre lease in Kiowa, CO, (Elbert County). The 2nd largest of the 4 tracts at 675 acres, this section is very similar in offerings to largest area. It also has a low depression area towards the south end of the tract where the deer and antelope sign were very heavy. There is lots of cover for the game to bed down and escape the elements. There is a nice food and water source, and the mourning dove activity is fairly constant. This spot also has several ridgelines bordering it from the east making which makes the scouting very easy. This has a down-wind position that will give you a major advantage to deer and antelope using the tree line.
