This property definitely holds some deer. As soon as I started walking this land the deer were out eating in the fields. As I continued my walk I scared some deer out of their bedding areas in the woods and even on my way out after I was done, there were more deer out in the fields. What I really loved about this property was the woods that came out into the middle of the land almost like a little peninsula for the wildlife to use. In the middle of this patch of woods were a few open spots that could be used for a tree stand or a chance to use that saddle setup. This peninsula of woods is connected to the woods that borders the north side of the property. With the forest that borders the west side of the land, the deer use the field to feed as they move back and forth between these areas. There is also a small patch of woods that sits to the east of the peninsula area of woods and in this small patch was a nice low spot that was filled with water that the deer will use as well. So many unique things about this property that can help you tag that nice Michigan buck!
