As an HLRBO field rep who’s walked this 142-acre property in Davis County, Iowa, I can tell you this is a hunter’s dream. The land is a perfect mix of crop fields, wooded fingers, streams, and a couple of ponds—creating incredible natural funnels and pinch points for deer movement.
