Hey hunters! I’m an HLRBO field rep who recently walked this incredible 345-acre property in Coke County, TX, and it’s a true paradise! I trekked the rugged terrain, checking out the three-day turkey, hog, and varmint hunts, complete with nice, heated blinds that comfortably seat two, plus a top-notch AirBnB-style ranch house an hour and twenty minutes east of Midland that sleeps up to 12. The pond by the ranch house is buzzing with catfish, perch, and bass, and the cellular and game cameras confirmed constant hog activity at the feeders—guaranteed action! With hog traps, green lights, and a family-friendly setup including a fire ring and BBQ pit, this place is ready for you. At $300 per gun for a minimum of two hunters ($600 weekend), it’s a steal—book fast, as game camera pics show hogs daily, and it’s just 45 minutes northwest of San Angelo!
