About This Lease
Small acreage and very management minded, we only allow 4 hunters per season but require minimum of 2. Fully stocked cabin with the queen and twin beds and 1.5 bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. 4 gun blinds and feeders provided. Whitetail, mule deer, quail, dove, hogs, and turkey are prevalent. There’s also a stock pond adjacent to the lodge. We have a processing area with stainless steel tables and an electric winch. Lots of Mesquite and cover as well as a dry creek that runs through the property. Surrounding property is ranch and farmland and 5 miles behind us is a branch of the red river and several rocky canyons. We’ve taken trophy deer off this property.
